Bob Dylan najavio je veliko arhivsko izdanje „The Rolling Thunder Revue: The 1976 Live Recordings”, koje će 6. studenoga 2026. objaviti Columbia Records i Legacy Recordings. Riječ je o luksuznom box-setu od 39 CD-a koji donosi sve profesionalno snimljene koncerte s druge dionice legendarne turneje Rolling Thunder Revue iz 1976. godine, i to s izvornih vrpci.
Izdanjem je obuhvaćena ukupno 381 snimka, od kojih je čak 371 dosad bilo neobjavljeno. Uz glazbeni materijal, box-set donosi i knjižicu s tekstom glazbenog novinara Mikala Gilmorea te rijetke fotografije povezane s tom važnom fazom Dylanove koncertne karijere.
Drugi dio turneje Rolling Thunder Revue održan je od 18. travnja do 25. svibnja 1976. godine, a obuhvatio je 27 koncerata. Na turneji je Dylan ponovno nastupao s Joan Baez, dok su njegov prateći sastav činili Rob Stoner na basu, Scarlet Rivera na violini, Howie Wyeth na bubnjevima te Mick Ronson, Steven Soles, David Mansfield i T Bone Burnett na gitarama.
Poseban dodatak novom izdanju bit će samostalni trostruki LP „The Rolling Thunder Revue: Fort Worth, TX 1976”, koji donosi cjeloviti koncert održan 16. svibnja 1976. u dvorani Tarrant County Convention Center Arena u Fort Worthu. Snimka je remiksirana s izvornih višekanalnih vrpci, a izdanje također izlazi 6. studenoga 2026. godine.
Među posebno zanimljivim materijalima nalazi se i koncert iz Fort Wortha, čiji je dio već bio objavljen na albumu „Hard Rain” iz 1976. godine, dok će novo izdanje prvi put ponuditi cjelovitu snimku tog nastupa. U sklopu najave objavljena je i koncertna izvedba pjesme „Going, Going, Gone” upravo s tog nastupa.
„The Rolling Thunder Revue: The 1976 Live Recordings” tako donosi opsežan dokument jedne od važnih koncertnih etapa u karijeri Boba Dylana, obuhvaćajući gotovo cjelokupan profesionalno snimljeni materijal s druge dionice turneje.
